AFPPA has established a Hardship Registration policy to enable qualified applicants to receive a waiver for their CME registration fees (would not apply to other expenses). If you would like to apply for this waiver to attend a particular AFPPA conference, please complete the application form below.

A limited number of waivers are available and may not be provided for all conference events or to all applicants. Applications must be submitted no later than two weeks prior to the conference early bird deadline so that the applicants can be notified and those denied grants will still have a chance to register at the discounted rate, if they wish.  Successful applicants may be asked to volunteer to assist at an AFPPA workshop during the conference.
